You may also optionally provide the year of manufacture, but it is not necessary. It helps us to identify any potential errors. Vehicles built before 1995 most likely do not have EU type approval and cannot receive a COC document.

As a business customer, please provide your VAT identification number (VAT ID). This is not required for businesses in Germany or private individuals.

If it is not possible to provide a COC for your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), for example, because the vehicle is too old or was not built for the European market, we will immediately cancel the order and refund the full purchase price.

Once the document is created by the vehicle manufacturer, you will receive an email with the PDF of your COC. With this copy, you can in many cases register your vehicle or undergo a technical inspection. The original document will then be sent to you by postal mail or express delivery.
