If it is not possible to provide a COC for your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), for example, because the vehicle is too old or was not built for the European market, we will immediately cancel the order and refund the full purchase price.

Once the document is created by the vehicle manufacturer, you will receive an email with the PDF of your COC. With this copy, you can, in many cases, register your vehicle or undergo a technical inspection. The original document will then be sent to you by postal mail or express delivery.
